We are from the USA. My daughter had an ear infection. We came here, and they were extra busy with three people in front of us.

They told us the Manuel Antonio Urgent Care (same company) didn't have any patients right now, and they were better capable of handling international travelers with international insurance.

They didn't speak a lot of English, but we used Google translate. They were super professional, and kind to us.

As we were leaving, they told us that they were calling the other branch, letting them know that we were on our way.

The doctor stayed open for me even after hours for my broken ankle consult. Very nice, very professional. X-ray done and read right away. Then he got me in contact with a wonderful hospital in San Jose for my surgery the very next day. This was a wonderful experience. They truly care for your well being!! My friend broke her ankle and Quepos Urgent Care took amazing care of her! Quick to get x-rays, helped us get in touch with an amazing doctor and she was having surgery the next day in San Jose with the help of Dr. Zury Calvo. Would highly recommended for any urgent needs!
